*Effective January 4th, 2010 Prometric, the firm that currently maintains the continuing education database for the Division of Insurance, will stop using Social Security numbers to identify licensees in the reporting process of continuing education credit hours.

Continuing Education providers will begin reporting continuing education credits via electronic roster submission, based upon the licensees’ Producer license numbers or Public Insurance Adjuster license numbers. If there are any questions, please contact the Producer Licensing Department at 617.521.7794.
