CDHC- Consumer Directed Health Care
Consumer Direction Health Care
options,
including those for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts
(FSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), have opened a wealth of
opportunities for consumers. These opportunities have created new responsibilities
for agents & brokers, and advising clients in these areas is more difficult
and time-consuming than it has been in the past. To
address the new market options, NAHU has created a new CDHC certification course.
Completion of this course will ensure a strong technical knowledge of the rules
and regulations pertaining to various types of consumer-directed health care options
and proven methods for communicating those options to employers and employees
in a compelling way. Certification will be provided following completion
of the course and an online examination with a passing grade. Find
out more....sign up for this NEW Consumer
Driven Health Care certification program

us and we are faced with unforeseen expenses? Please join us as

and planning tools available today. This seminar will be helpful
on many levels...whether you need the CE's, personally or professionally
interested, or want to provide options for clients or for your own
parent...you will gain a wealth of in-depth information on this
comprehensive approach!
Morning Session ---
- Reverse Mortgages: From aging population
trends and common myths, to using a reverse mortgage for your
client's advantage, this one hour presentation will address
what is involved in a home equity conversion mortgage, borrower
eligibility, possible payment options, and up-front costs.
- A Geriatric Care Manager will take
the "bird's eye" view of an individual family member's
lifestyle to help objectively focus on wellbeing and coordination
of services.
- You will hear from an In-home Care
Specialist on the range of services available for those parents
or loved ones that just want to stay in "their" home
and not the nursing home!

they thought possible providing for their future and having
a retirement they planned for.

valuable solutions to these issues.
