S-2285. MassAHU is lobbying for the enactment S-2285 relative to the establishment of standards for long term care insurance. In recent letters to Rep Robert DeLeo, the Chair of the House Ways & Means Committee, members of the association pointed out how extremely important it was for this bill to be signed into law for the benefit of consumers who purchase LTCi.
